2x Senior Contracts Administrator roles I 6 month contract

PERSOKELLY is seeking experienced Senior Contracts Administrators based in Brisbane CBD. In this role you will provide support and advice on the establishment and maintenance of contracts to ensure contractual issues, spend and risks are managed, and business improvement and changes are implemented.

Your Duties/responsibilities will be:

  • Provide expert advice and support to the Field Services team by establishing and maintaining contracts within the appropriate systems, specifically Ellipse and Open Windows.
  • Work with the Group Procurement team and contract managers to manage contract administration and reporting, including contract milestone setup, extending contracts, updating pricing catalogues and entering variations.
  • Review and approving variations for contracts and communicating these to our Delivery team's to ensure they understand implications and use of the contract.
  • Lead sourcing activities including document creation and management
  • Ensure Assurance activities are conducted against Field Services contracts and contractors to ensure we manage our Risks and safety performance.
  • Develop and lead the delivery of clear Payment Claim processes ensuring claims are checked for accuracy including subcontracting relationships ensuring the on-time payment of compliant monthly claims / invoices with all discrepancies being identified and co-ordinated to completion with internal and external parties.
  • Monitor contract spend across key contracts to ensure compliance is maintained and that any potential budgetary issued are identified and addressed in a proactive manner.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Excellent Excel, ERP (Ellipse preferred) skills.
  • Firm understanding of Contract Law
  • Ability to present information with clear conclusions and analysis of underlying data.
  • The ability to lead improvement projects and change activities.
  • Detailed knowledge of procurement, contract lifecycles and the procurement processes.
  • Experience in managing financial data and managing contract spend.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
