About the role:

  • You will be responsible for the safe operations of the site, to ensure that social distancing measures are adhered to
  • You will be managing traffic at lift foyers, entryways, stairwells, and in communal areas
  • You will be working closely with the property team and working within the departments COVID19 OHS processes and policies
  • You will be ensuring signage and instructions for staff is maintained and amended as required
  • You will be helping to identify opportunities for improving hygiene - such as cleaning and hygiene products
  • You will be required to undertake any other duties to ensure a safe and effective return to work strategy is achieved

About you:

  • You will have strong customer service skills
  • You will be comfortable in a role where you are customer facing and reminding staff of their social distancing requirements
  • You will be comfortable being on your feet for much of the day
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You will have experience working with OHS policies and procedures, and ensuring these are adhered to by yourself and the greater team
  • You will comfortable to interact with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation

  • Temp casual contract until 14th November 2021 (6 months)
  • Full time hours
  • Monday to Friday 7.5 hour day rostered between 8.00am and 6.00pm - candidates must have full flexibility to work either 8am - 5pm, 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
  • Southside location - fully accessible by major public transport links
