Senior Program & Monitoring Analyst

  • Annual Salary Range: VPS4 - $87,640 - $99,438 + super
  • Tenure: Fixed Term until [13th April 2022]
  • Employment Type: Full Time (flexible work arrangements may be available)
  • Multiple Location: Bendigo (flexibility may be available)
About the Team

To deliver transport services across all modes that provides a single user interface to the transport network.

About the Opportunity

The role partners with business areas to support the Transport Services Program Management Office (TS PMO) in guiding and supporting our key stakeholders to align to the standard for project delivery across the Transport Services group and actively monitors and reports on the status of all projects. The role also facilitates and supports appropriate governance for project delivery, identifies and works with project teams to mitigate project risks and issues.

About You

As our ideal candidate you will:
  • Identify and initiate opportunities for improvements to systems, processes or tools.
  • Exercise professional judgement to provide advice to the TS PMO and key stakeholders in relation to policies, processes and procedures.
  • Exercise professional judgement to develop and maintain client relationships to enhance business outcomes.
  • Effectively analyse project risks and issues, as well as program trends and recommend appropriate action, including the ability to write articulately and convey messages clearly to target audiences.
  • Strong understanding and application of the DoT Project Management Framework (and other relevant policies and processes) under broad supervision.
  • Ability to use analytical skills and clear communication to successfully complete monthly reporting requirements in DoT systems in consultation with appropriate managers and within agreed timeframes.
