The Role:

Our client is seeking a star receptionist to be the face of the office. The day-to-day duties include;

  • Front of house/Reception.
  • Assisting the Sales & Property Management team with administration
  • Handling inquiries and diary management
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Marketing – Uploading properties, Print force use, designing brochures and material for the team
  • Administration Duties and general Ad Hoc
The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following;
  • A Certificate of Registration is desired or you must be willing to complete
  • A car and drivers’ license
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is desired
  • Must have excellent organizational skills
  • Must have great interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Seeking someone with a passion for Real Estate
