An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, resilient and collaborative professional to support Lifestyle and Community Services. As the Executive Officer, you will provide a high level of professional and executive support and advice to the Divisional Manager, Branch Managers, and Lifestyle and Community Services stakeholders. You will coordinate and manage timely and strategic advice on operational and strategic issues that impact the division.

As a key member of the Business Strategy and Alignment team, you will have a leadership role in identifying efficiencies, improving customer outcomes and delivering special projects that support Lifestyle and Community Services to achieve its corporate outcomes.

To be successful in the role you will require:

  • exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities 
  • demonstrated ability and significant experience in providing strategic and operational advice within a complex organisation
  • a positive, analytical, and proactive approach to resolving problems and identifying improvement opportunities 
  • great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet competing deadlines 
  • demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and motivate people to play their part in meeting goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone who loves to be challenged in their day to day work, who has experience in a fast paced and complex operating environment where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be someone who is adept at surfing the adrenaline highs that accompany fast turnaround times. Being accountable, working collaboratively and taking ownership of workloads is crucial for your success in this critical role. Candidates who can think on their feet, pick things up quickly and adapt to ever changing priorities are welcome to apply.

This role will require a Criminal History Check.
