With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and the UK, we have rapidly grown our amazing team fourfold in the past 10 months and we are now seeking a Customer Support Analyst for an initial 12 month contract (with view to permanency) to be the first line of technical support and knowledge to our SaaS customers and help further develop our internal support processes. 


Under the direction of the Customer Success and Support Lead covering the range of Compono SaaS products you will possess:


  • Product Knowledge. You will be able to easily learn and pick up an expert understanding of all products in the Compono portfolio. In addition, you will understand the high level technolgoies that impact the usage of Compono products and work collaboratively with the product team to ensure updates are communicated to customers.
  • Support and Issue Management. You will be the first line of contact for our customers with questions ranging from "how do I..." to specific technical questions. You will support, log, categorise and track these issues in our tooling to ensure SLAs are met taking ownership until they are resolved or escalated.
  • Reporting and Risk Management. You will continuously monitor progress throughout the month, as well as report monthly on KPIs to ensure support is meeting internal and external requirements. Identifying and reporting on any foreseeable risks and escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders
  • Customer Support Process. You will maintain and improve processes, procedures and documentation in a way that supports and improves the service delivered by Compono support and ensure the knowledge base that is provided to our customers is up to date.

Please note: You will be required to be on call support as per our rotating schedule, which you will be compensated for.


Your Talents


Armed with a strong background in support, you not only understand technology, but you are obsessive about helping our customers find a solution to their problem. You will be in your element in a fast paced and constantly changing scale-up and posses at least 2-5 years in customer support via phone, email, ticketing software and webchat.




As a Customer Support Analyst for a SaaS scale-up you will need to:


  • Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understand complex problems and be able to explain them clearly
  • Demonstrate advanced computer literacy with an ability to work across different web based tools and services and pick up new technologies quickly
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
