As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be assisting pre-qualified customers choose the right mortgage product to suit their financial needs. With access to a lending panel of over 25 lenders, you will be able to offer eChoice customers non-partial expert advice, ensuring you are always doing the right thing by our clients to help them achieve their home ownership dreams.

Reporting to Senior Manager of Home Lending, you’ll be joining a great team of Home Loan Specialists who are always delivering the best in class service to our customers. With your proactive attitude, great experience in customer service and proven record of high performance in previous roles, you’ll help build on our great brand in the home loan market.


The inherent requirements of the Home Loan Specialist role are:

  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking prior to starting in the role
  • Obtaining and maintaining membership through Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) – You will be required to apply for membership when you start in the role and this will be paid for on your behalf.
  • Obtaining and maintaining accreditation to write home loans with a minimum of 10 of our panel lenders, in effect from time to time. The accreditation process will commence once you start in the role.

(Please note: MFAA and some Lenders require copies of police and credit checks as part of their application process).

You will also have:

  • Home Loan experience
  • Sales and customer service experience
