Your new company

We are currently looking to appoint a Customer Service Officer with our State Government client on an ongoing temporary basis.

Your new role

Duties will involve:

  • Greeting customers as first contact person
  • Establish customer’s needs and directing them to the appropriate channel/counter
  • Promoting the organisations on-line and digital service channels
  • Contact Tracing- recording each customer’s name and phone number as per guidelines
  • Potential to be trained in all counter duties

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a face to face customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Full Australian drivers licence
