Your new company
Our client is a specialist veterinary practice seeking a full time Receptionist to join their busy team.

Your new role
A newly created role and an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that is growing by the day. Your role is varied and some of your duties include;

  • Support to the GM - calendar management and ad hoc admin support
  • Support to other Managers in the EA's absence
  • Maintenance of office and kitchen in terms of supplies and maintenance
  • Organisation and administrative logistics support for approx 4 company events per year
  • Upload content to company website and social media platforms
  • Medical reports and billings

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in supporting and organising company events
  • Experience in a medical /veterinary industry is highly desirable
  • You will be confident and be comfortable dealing directly with clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise work and be super organised
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Be a self-sufficient and motivated individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
