Your new role
The aim of your role will be to deliver a high level of customer service to external and internal customers, to ensure processing-related activities are carried out in an accurate and timely manner & to contribute to a positive team culture and enjoyable working environment. On a day to day basis.

  • Process incoming customer sales orders via fax, phone and email whilst providing high level customer service
  • Ensure any customer complaints and disputes are managed promptly and professionally.
  • Continually increase product knowledge and understanding of the wider product range
  • Develop strong relationships with customers (internal and external), as well as with key suppliers.
  • Liaise and communicate as appropriate with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure business functions are strongly interconnected with customer services.
  • Undertakes administration activities including collating orders, invoicing, transmitting files, and communicating information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain a smooth, accurate and timely flow of sales orders and related documentation

What you'll need to succeed

  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Phone based experience
  • Experience in customer service as well as, basis administration and data entry
  • Knowledge of and empathy with the Agricultural sector
  • Computer literacy – high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and JDE
