Your new company
A global company who are a leader in engineered products, materials and systems in the building industry. A company that boasts great company culture is looking for their new Customer Service Officer!

Your new role
You will be acting as the first point of contact for all our customers nationally:

  • High volume inbound calls
  • Managing the email inbox
  • Providing answers to general enquiries, ETA's, POD's, product questions and order questions
  • Processing orders in SAP
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders for example the warehouse regarding stock

What you'll need to succeed
  • Customer Service experience in a phone based role
  • SAP is a essential requirement
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Must be resilient with strong interpersonal skills
  • SAP and Customer Service experience with FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics or Transport highly desirable
