New Partner/Principal level role with a leading national firm | Friendly culture with a 'family-feel'


Your new company

Hays Legal have partnered with a reputable and respected full-service national firm as they look to add a new Partner/Principal to their team. This firm services clients legal matters from the both front end prevention and back end dispute resolution. Practice groups include; banking & finance, commercial & corporate, property, insolvency, litigation & dispute resolution, debt recovery, and estate planning.

Your new role

You will have the opportunity to work across a number of practice groups, or specialise in one - the firm are open to different options depending on the candidate! You will be responsible for bringing in new clients to the firm, nurturing those relationships and delivering on their matters. You will be comfortable working with a team and supporting junior lawyers in their work and development.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need Australian legal qualifications, be admitted to practice in Australia and hold a current NSW practising certificate.

You will ideally have an established, transportable practice and a business plan to back this up. You will also need to demonstrate a keen interest in and strength in business development.

This role is suited to either a Partner level candidate, or a driven and motivated Senior Associate who is looking to step up.
