Your new role
Receiving inbound calls for Customer Service, to manage inbound calls from Brokers, Conveyancer’s and also the general public. Your goal will be to provide top tier customer service and tailored solutions, whilst adhering to banking compliance guidelines. You will assist with assessment and settlement inquiries and help to navigate the customer through the home loans process.

This role requires you to be available to work full time, on a rotating roster from Monday – Friday working between the hours of 8am – 7pm. The role will require you to work remotely from home for the first one to two months, with the expectation that you will move to an office environment in the CBD once government restrictions are lifted. You will need to be residing in Melbourne to be considered for this opportunity.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a genuine passion for providing first class customer service and you will also be looking for the ongoing stability and professional development opportunity of a temp to perm opportunity. Notably, you have the ability to listen to the customer’s needs whilst operating various systems at one time, you have exceptional communication skills, the desire and determination to work towards individual targets and team goals.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
