JOB DESCRIPTION

Hi

Myself Deepak Thakur chef at the Mitre Tavern which is located at 5 Bank Place, Melbourne CBD 3000. We are in Business of Bistro Pub and Steakhouse Fine dinning. Our environment is busy and we doing good numbers everyday. The Mitre Tavern team is looking for Kitchen Hands with minimum of 20 hrs/week at rate of approx. $22. -NO CASH

Your Duties & responsibilities

> Wash and clean utensils and dishes, and make sure they are stored appropriately.

> Sort and dispose of rubbish and recycling.

> Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

> Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting foodstuffs and helping with the deliveries to put away properly.

> Cleaning the food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas

You will require to work day & night including weekend Saturday only for now. Flexibility in your availability would be great. Must be able to work on Friday Lunch. No experience require but having it is always a plus point. We will provide small training for you anyways.

At the Mitre Tavern we take care of our staff and we work as team. Environment is very friendly, there no hierarchy but we still respect our seniors. While on the day of work you will be provided a meal as well without any cost. I personally like to take care of my staff.
