We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst on a contract basis, for the remainder of 2021. We are flexible on location - Melbourne, Sydney, or Canberra.

What this opportunity involves-

  • Assist the Transaction Management team in undertaking Property industry research relating to Market Sweeps and Lease Transaction Plans in support of the portfolio
  • Undertake reconciliations in support of Rent Reviews, Adhoc invoicing and landlord invoicing
  • Assist in implementing reporting consistency across the account with a focus on tracking and reporting progress and improvement whilst establishing best practise and risk mitigation
  • Assist the Transaction Management team to ensure key tasks and functions are delivered on time, complete and correct, such as; Conflict of Interest reporting, Ons and Offs, Value Add tracking, Monthly Operational Reports, DoF Reporting
  • Provide a liaison function between Lease Administration and Transaction management by building relationships, raising requests for Portfolio updates, appropriately file documentation, undertake audits and manage data
  • Ensure systems and processes in Transaction Management function are consistently undertaken with an emphasis on governance, best practice and efficiencies.
  • Support the update of templates, reports and support documents that meet the requirements of the Deed and align with industry Best Practices
  • Support the review of process maps, work with the team to ensure they are up to date, relevant and meet the requirements of the Deed.
  • Provide support function to the Leasing Director to ensure key deliverables are managed in support of the team and the contract requirements

  • High-level skills in all Microsoft package programs, particularly Excel
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems in a ever-changing environment
  • Experience in the Property Industry including Lease Administration and/or Transaction Management
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
