This well-respected global law firm are recruiting for Client Services Assistants to join their established operations team on a part-time and full-time basis.

The primary focus of the Client Services Assistants is to provide a high standard of service to internal and external clients, creating a positive impression of the firm and the Client Services team.

Duties of the Client Services Assistant will include:

· Offer, prepare and serve refreshments to internal and external clients
· Ensure client meeting rooms are maintained in a presentable manner
· Set up and clear conference rooms, ensuring all surfaces are clean and the room is always tidy and presentable
· Record and action catering requests made by Reception, internal clients or directly from the conference rooms
· Organise catering for in-house events and ensure all catering set ups are completed 15 minutes before the requested time
· Assist with the set-up of AV equipment, multimedia devices, televisions, monitors, projectors and recording equipment
· Reception relief for breaks and leave

There is a full-time and part-time position available. Full time hours are Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm and the part-time hours are Monday - Friday, 12pm - 6pm.


To be considered for these Client Services Assistant positions, you must have proven experience working in hospitality. Those with experience in cabin crew, hotels and fine dining are encouraged to apply.

On a personal level, you must take pride in offering first-class client service and have proven experience working in the hospitality field.
