Monadelphous have a requirement for a Mobilisation Coordinator for our Heavy Lift division. This position is based at our head office in Victoria Park.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will ensure rapid and compliant mobilisation for our project labour. This role includes updating and maintaining training & compliance records and coordinating mobilisation & travel processes to ensure our labour successfully mobilise for site requirements.

You will work closely with the planning and logistics team to deliver this product to our operational teams on site.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring project labour is compliant for project requirements through various client mobilisation portals.



  • Coordinating mobilisation process for project labour including training, inductions, travel and accommodation.



  • Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of personnel training and records systems.



  • Managing personal workload and changing priorities in line with operational requirements.



  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address mobilisation/compliance issues as they may arise.

What you will bring

  • Relevant experience in the mobilisation process to the resources, industrial maintenance, engineering and construction industry.
  • Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook)



  • Maintaining stable performance under pressure or opposition (such as time pressure or job ambiguity); handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and to the organisation.
