As a Reliability Technician you will be focused on identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect our Mining operations and ensure assets are fully optimized through the management of the Condition Monitoring program, asset maintenance and cost analysis, inspections and diagnostics and failure investigations.

Activities that the role is accountable for:
  • Management of the site condition monitoring program, including the collection and analysis of asset condition monitoring data (Vibration, Oil Sampling and Thermography).
  • Provide detailed reports on asset health, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Management of contracts and contractors engaged in the support of the condition monitoring program.
  • Facilitate RCFA of critical failures, identifying innovative solutions and monitoring action completion.
  • Support the development of the maintenance budgets.
  • Support the development and review of site Asset Management and Reliability procedures and guidelines.
We are looking for an experienced individual for this position, ideally applicants will have experience working in the mining industry in a collection and analysis of asset condition monitoring data focused role. Qualifications would include CAT II Vibration Analysis, Machinery Lubrication and Thermography.
