About The Role

Stamford Hotels and Resorts have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate Guest Service Representative (GSA).

As the GSA, you will be responsible for meeting guest satisfaction in the hotel and ensuring safety in the hotel at all time, ensure personal compliance to Front Office Policies & Procedures, cover the responsibilities of the Guest Service Ambassador as and when required

In addition to the above, other duties of this position include:

  • Championing all aspects of the Stamford Hotels and Resorts values while creating a culture that showcases the Stamford Way.
  • Maximise revenue for the hotel by promoting upselling and cross selling on a daily basis
  • Deliver the Stamford Service experience to guests at all times
  • Prompt in resolving guest issues and complaints at the shortest possible time
  • Assist guest with their requests and follow through to completion
  • Provide prompt information to hotel guests (e.g. Hotel facilities, Local tourist attractions, transportation systems, special events and dining options)

Stamford Hotels and Resorts is looking for a person with the following attributes:
  • Minimum High School Qualification
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Being proficient in a second language (added advantage)
  • Technology savvy and familiar with operating hotel systems (e.g. Opera/POS/Sales and Catering)
  • Account and administration experience
