About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for two experienced leaders to join Technology Services and play a leading role in Finance’s journey toward being a digital department. The successful candidates will work as part of a senior leadership team to make Technology Services the go-to team to unlock the potential of digital.

The Assistant Director Architecture will bring their experience of leading the implementation and maturity of an enterprise architecture practice, building a high-performance team to become trusted partners in making strategically aligned technology investments in a complex, cloud-based environment.

The Assistant Director Systems and Reporting will build a high-performance team who are trusted by our customers. They will draw on their experience to lead business process improvement, vendor management, application support, enhancement and rationalisation.

Both roles will require the successful candidates to lead teams through uncertainty and change. They will be expected to work autonomously and solve complex challenges that will require energy, tenacity and resilience.

The successful candidate will bring extensive leadership experience and will be able to demonstrate their contribution to building high-performance teams and outstanding organisational cultures. They will lead with courageous authenticity and help their team achieve more than they thought possible. Their dedication to understanding their customers will shine through, and they will be a master communicator.
