About the role


Based in Wisr's Sydney head office you join a national Business Development team and will be responsible for building out Wisr’s existing business with our Referrer relationships, in particular relationships with retailers and installers of green products and services.


You will achieve your goals by managing existing Referrer relationships and expanding our client base through regular online, face-to-face and/or telephone contact and successful communication of Wisr's key selling points.


Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with Wisr’s internal teams – Marketing, IT, Finance, Credit, Risk and Operations - to develop and improve Wisr’s products and services so we can expand our Referrer client base.


About the candidate we are after


Your success will be driven by an ability to build strong, personal relationships with your clients. Prior experience working in a BDM or sales function in the consumer finance sector is not essential however it will assist in you having an immediate impact in this role. You are effective working independently, in small teams and can work from both an office and work-from-home location. You have a bright, outgoing personality and are an effective communicator. You enjoy helping your clients succeed and enjoy participating in industry conferences and professional development days.
