JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator you will report to the Senior Marketing Specialist and be responsible for supporting and implementing the marketing and communications plan across the Showpo Brand. The role will build and execute planned campaigns, branding and marketing activities across creative, PR and Influencer. 


About you:

  • With a passion for fashion, you will be a communication-focused marketing professional with experience in a similar role across youth-brands. You are motivated, a self-starter, can work autonomously and are confident working in an agile, fast-paced environment. At Showpo we challenge ourselves to stay ahead of the curve while cultivating a brand-lead culture across the organisation.


You will be responsible for:

Supporting marketing leads to deliver marketing plans by:

  • Identifying source, negotiating and co-ordinating creative suppliers and models for creative and content shoots
  • Coordinating shoots, including pre production preparation, supplier and talent requirements and product
  • Preparing creative supplier plans and briefings to deliver 'on-brief' creative/content 
  • Supporting marketing, brand and creative team with other tasks as required


Implementing the marketing and communications plan by:

  • Briefing agencies and creative suppliers on product and brand communications
  • Identifying and building relationships; working with influencers and creators to deliver content and social posts 
  • Coordinating alignment of influencer activity to marketing objectives, influencer strategy and monitors against core influencer program KPIs
  • Managing budgets across creative and influencer to deliver on marketing comms


You are:

  • Experienced in a marketing support role (3+ years), ideally for a fashion or beauty brand, youth, retail or eComm
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong in logistics and planning; able to coordinate agencies, creative suppliers, photographers, producers, talent & creative specialists
  • Experienced in budget management and reporting
  • Skilled in writing briefs and managing the delivery of assets against them
  • Practiced in sourcing, casting and negotiating models, creators and influencers
