This role requires a confident self-starter who can take the initiative to manage their own work priorities with many moving parts and deliver the required quality outputs within a rigorous timeframe.

The Role:

FinXL are looking to engage a Procurement Manager to lead the go to market and tender selection process for a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Review and assess business requirements to ensure viability, and sourcing suppliers and vendors that align.
  • Review and assess contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility, identifying risks and working with stakeholders to resolve.
  • Negotiation with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms that align with legislation and policies.
  • Preparation of out to market tender document suite, management of the tender process, preparation of tender evaluation report.
  • This role requires a confident self-starter who can take the initiative to manage their own work priorities with many moving parts and deliver the required quality outputs within a rigorous timeframe.
The skills for this role:
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior Procurement Manager, including preparation and management of go to market and tender selection processes.
  • Demonstrated experience procuring both in-house and out-sourced IT solutions, including contract negotiations and service level agreements.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
