If you are looking for a highly engaging role that will support your curiosity and creativity, look no further. This award-winning, global Australian-based online retailer has experienced continual organic growth, and the opportunity has now arisen for a talented Ecommerce Executive to join their ranks as they move into their next phase of progression in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of the New Zealand trading plan to deliver on their business and strategic objectives. Deliver real impact supporting the global Ecommerce team across briefing and promotions and play a key role in curating engaging content and creative to ensure commercial messages are effectively communicated.

About the role:

  • Schedule content for the website to align with marketing campaign timelines and communicate updates/changes to key stakeholders.
  • Work with the merchandising team and channel leads, ensuring all key landing pages are effectively merchandised in accordance with current priorities.
  • Use analytics tools to better understand user journeys and customer engagement, advising on opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the stock team to ensure key lines are available and in stock, identify slow sellers and overstocked lines and take action to improve performance.
  • Monitor and provide regular feedback on sales trends within your area, identify and monitor price changes, promotions and sales and identify ways to drive revenue and profit margin.
  • Maintain best practice to ensure that our trading strategy and tactics are on-brand and compelling.
About you:
  • You have a minimum of 12 month’s experience in a similar role.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with Contentsquare and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud platforms desirable.
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, but you’re also a true team player.
