Our sales team take pride in delivering accurate, consistent and deadline driven information to the business. Reporting to and supporting the Sales Administration Manager, the role is responsible for system updates, administration, and report production. While the majority of your time will be spent entering data and creating files for bids and tenders, creating and managing weekly expenditure reports, ensuring compliance (process, procedure and legal), in support of our growth strategy, we are also looking for a keen, hands-on administrator, with an interest in end-to-end proposal development to share our journey.

Other key attributes include:

A passion for data and problem solving

A high level of attention to detail (effective data analysis and interrogation skills)

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Excel formulas and Macros, and Visio

Similar experience within a large corporate environment (sales processes, procedures, and compliance)

Working knowledge of financial systems and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce and Documentum would be an advantage)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build trust based, value adding relationships with people across all levels of the business

Demonstrated capability working independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment.
