JOB DESCRIPTION

Enterprise Services (ES) is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.

Responsibilities:

The GCC Performance Manager is expected to continuously optimise the Program performance and drive the functions maturity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver insights on Program performance compared to Business Case assumptions
  • Actively engage and lead discussions with the ES Platforms contributing and delivery capability through the GCC Program
  • Effectively manage relationships and communications with the key stakeholders including business and technology partners, colleagues and other external teams
  • Encourage new ideas, embrace change, and continuously look for better/innovative/more creative ways of doing things
  • Lead with integrity and be a role model for collaborative and high performing team culture
Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager across key stakeholder groups, that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Group policies and external regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience:

Essential:
  • Ability to collect, interpret and present data to facilitate performance updates and decision making
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and responsibilities
  • Outcome focused, adapts well to changes while remaining focused on outcomes; strong ownership and accountability
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving capability
  • Ability to develop professional relationships of influence with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic environment of rapid change; flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to form cohesive and collaborative working relationships and understanding that partnership and collaboration sometimes mean tough conversations are necessary
  • Ability to lead, inspire and influence people to deliver exceptional outcomes and to drive a high performing team culture
  • 5+ years financial management, PMO or consulting experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
