About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time

The Communication Coordinator will support the development and delivery of communication activities and programs across ANZ. This is an exciting and varied role that will involve producing highly visible written and multimedia communications.

You will primarily support the Digital and Technology Communications teams to deliver high quality communication initiatives and projects. You will create and implement social media strategies in close collaboration with our marketing teams. The role also involves delivering multimedia solutions including graphics, video and audio to support staff communications.

The role requires working with senior people, including Communication Managers and Digital and Technology stakeholders to provide advice and finalise communication initiatives and activities.

About you

We're after a social and multimedia specialist and clear communicator who thrives in a fast paced working environment and enjoys juggling priorities and various campaigns.

You're ideally:
  • Experienced as a social media community manager with a background in PR, marketing or communications
  • A multimedia design wiz able to produce high quality and fit-for-purpose creative graphics, video and audio
  • A great communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and collaborative ways of working
  • Well versed in the fundamentals of writing and editing across mediums (incl. digital and social) and a clear writer and editor with great attention to detail around grammar, style and use of plain English
  • A team player who recognises and values the different perspectives and skills your colleagues bring to the successful delivery of projects
  • Well organised, delivering outcomes within set timeframes and agreed standards and flexible and adaptable to changing requirements
  • Able to plan your workload autonomously and committed to your growth by seeking feedback and evaluation of activity
