Customer Service Leader – Money In

What can you expect?

  • Full-time fixed term appointment until September 2022

As an exceptional people leader with outstanding communication skills the Customer Service Lead will deliver customer service excellence while driving and supporting operational change and efficiency for the ‘Money In” team.

This role will build a positive and enthusiastic team culture and ensure staff retention and engagement levels remain high, while also contributing to continued productivity improvement through workforce management, quality and innovation.

What you need to have:

  • A passion for leading people with proven leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in managing a processing or customer service-focused team and achieving agreed standards
  • Strong workforce management skills
  • Proven experience in the management of quality and continuous improvement.

What makes you stand out?

  • Previous experience within superannuation or the financial services sector would be well regarded
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills.
