About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic registered nurse to join our dynamic team. We are a fast-paced 15 chair 3 bed unit with an attached specialist clinic offering a range of Infusions to our oncology, haematology, neurology, renal, respiratory, gastroenterology and rheumatology patients. The successful applicant must have excellent decision-making ability, work well in a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate patient records and documentation, be comfortable with accessing central lines and be able to perform intravenous cannulation, and the ability to respond to transfusion reactions. Chemotherapy administration accreditation is essential for this role.

About you
  • To be successful in this role you should possess:
  • Current nursing registration with AHPRA
  • Post Graduate qualifications in Oncology or Haematology not essential but preferable
  • Chemotherapy administration accredited essential
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
  • A strong commitment to high-quality care
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
