The Role:

Immediate start Customer Service Consultants required for our CBD based private health insurance provider. Initial training will be provided on site with flexible work options thereafter.

  • Work from home
  • Contract until end of financial year
  • $30 per hour plus super
Key duties:
  • Outbound customer service calls to existing customers in a call centre environment
  • Selling a free health and wellbeing program to eligible members nationally
  • As part of the CareComplete team you will focus on selling one of 3 programs - CareFirst
To be successful you will need:
  • Sales - KPI of 5 sales/enrolments per day
  • Resilience and demonstrated customer service ability in a volume environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Previous call centre experience will be highly regarded
