About The Role

Role Location- Adelaide CBD

Role Type- Permanent, Full-time

Note- The job level may vary between 4.4 to 4.3 dependent on the relevant experience and capabilities of the successful candidate.

We are seeking an energetic and organised Associate Private Banker to join our Private Office business in Adelaide. This segment caters to the needs of individuals and families navigating life changing financial events such as the sale of a business or property holding. The Private Office provides our clients with a holistic service proposition covering transactional banking, cash management, debt and lending services, investment advisory and placement and other intergenerational wealth management services.

As an Associate Private Banker, you will be in a state based role responsible for ensuring clients’ needs are met and are aligned to their client strategies, with a focus on assisting the Senior Private Banker. The role will encompass managing relationships with a number of high net worth families, servicing their daily banking requirements, preparing for and attending client meetings and working on a range of lending, advice and investment matters.

Client interaction will be with the Senior Private Banker or may be through direct client interaction in relation to transactional activities.

About You

  • Previous lending experience & skill is preferred
  • Strong focus on compliance, attention to detail & flawless execution is required
  • Exceptional communication skills & client relationship management background
  • Exposure to relationship banking/advice
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills is required
  • Investment product and/or advice knowledge will be highly regarded
  • An ability to compile presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
