  • Annual Salary Range: RO3 - $71,685 - $87,216 + super
  • Tenure: Ongoing
  • Employment Type: Full Time (flexibility may be available)
  • Usual Work Location: Benalla (flexibility may be available)

About the Opportunity

This Works Supervisor role is responsible for onsite management of our Benalla based Bitumen Spray Sealing Crew.
Responsible for the day to day running of the crew including, but not limited to, managing material quantities used, manage worker and public safety, ensure procedures are being followed and jobs are completed safely, within time and budget.

About You

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • Ability to apply well developed leadership skills to directly manage, develop, and motivate field personnel.
  • Exercise professional judgement in identification and implementation of business improvements within the operational area.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver maintenance and construction activities in compliance with contractual, quality, budget, and time specifications.
  • Exercise independent judgement to work in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure a skills workforce are available for succession planning.
  • Exercise judgement in the ability to lead sealing and line marking teams to effectively deliver relevant activities.
