About the Role:


As a diverse and expanding organisation, Woodside are looking for energetic, committed and experienced Administration Assistants, Management Assistants and SAP Specialists in consideration for upcoming short term (contractor) and fixed term roles.

You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholder groups across our business, from graduates through to senior leaders.

These roles will be based in our global headquarters in Perth, Western Australia.




Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provide high level administrative support to managers and teams, including diary management, monitoring of inboxes as required and coordinating pre-reading in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and attend various management meetings, recording actions and due dates ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Coordination of staff briefings, workshops and training as required
  • Coordinate reporting requirements ensuring deadlines are maintained
  • Coordination of planning activities
  • Competent in using the following systems:
    • Office 365 suite
    • SharePoint (intranet site focal point);
    • DRIMS (or equivalent document management system)
    • SAP (purchase requisition, service entry)
    • SuccessFactors (SAP interface)
    • JIRA (or equivalent action tracking tool)
  • liaise both internally and externally with vendors, Joint Venture partners and contractors as required



Skills & Experience:


  • A minimum 4-6 years experience working in a supporting role
  • Previous experience in a project environment would be beneficial for some roles
  • Extensive experience using the Microsoft Office 365 package - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level)
  • Recent experience using SAP for purchasing - creating purchase orders, service entries etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • The ability to influence at all levels of the workforce
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adaptability to workplace change as well as change in role requirement is essential
