We are a privately-owned financial services firm; we provide end to end wealth management services.


This is a great entry level position to get your foot in the door. You will begin your career learning amongst a team of likeminded, energetic and passionate people who are ready to support you in your new career!

The core responsibilities within this challenging role will be:

  • Answer incoming phone calls & maintain telecommunication system
  • Management of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Co-ordinate client meetings
  • Administrative support
  • Office Management duties


You will be a well presented and very organised, a mature individual with relevant industry experience, 


The candidate that we are looking for should be hard working, diligent, have strong communication skills, friendly, with a craving to learn. You will need to be able to work autonomously and have the ability to prioritise and react accordingly, this coupled with your professional presentation and proficiency.
