About the Role:

The Campaign Planning Manager is accountable for ensuring the customer communications roadmap is delivered, maximising business outcomes while protecting customer experience by managing the CVM inbound and outbound campaign capacity and prioritisation to optimise for customer value outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple cross-functional teams executing core CVM campaigns (Customer Marketeers, Campaign analysts, Strategy designers and producers)
  • Ensuring all inputs into the roadmap are accurate
  • Performing a post campaign reviews against resource capacity and actual time to deliver
  • Maintain and manage inputs into the delivery roadmap for inbound/outbound campaigns across CVM and category
  • Act as the conduit for category to request support from CVM
  • Facilitate a delivery environment to release value on time
  • Manage dependencies between portfolios to mitigate risks and issue
  • Provide key stakeholders visibility of CVM campaign roadmap
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience in a marketing or related environment
  • Broad experience of end-to-end campaign management across channels
  • Proven marketing and clash planning experience
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
