  • Senior Executive Band 1 role, TRP $221,106 - $244,160 including super, commensurate with experience

About The Role

This is a rewarding opportunity that will see you develop strategic frameworks and policies that influence the performance of ICT procurement and category management across the whole of NSW State government.

You will be responsible for supporting your team to engage with key stakeholders, global suppliers and senior executives and ministers to influence and negotiate large scale complex and significant deals that will provide several benefits that will serve our digital and technological environment in the long term. The benefits and savings you generate will enable the NSW Government to invest those savings into projects, grants and other initiatives that will directly support the citizens of NSW.

About You

You will be a leader not a manager, you will lead by example with empathy and respect, supporting your team to develop and grow. You will have a commitment to delivering above and beyond expectations, understanding the importance and impact your work.

Experience with complex ICT and Digital procurement – demonstrate complex and enterprise-grade strategic partnerships with ICT and Digital partners that have enabled and accelerated ICT and digital transformation programs as well as created and delivered value for both the customer and partner organisations.

Ability to influence and negotiate and engage with key stakeholders you will be a confident negotiator who can adapt your communication style to suit multiple audiences and be comfortable building meaningful relationships to support you to achieve greater outcomes.
