We carry stock of all our standard Premier Pallet Inverters and they are ready to be despatched across Australia.


If clients have specific needs we will work to meet clients requirements, whether it be a custom made pallet inverter or a specific forklift attachment.


Our products are built to last no matter what demanding environments they are placed in. We also have an after-sales service that is prompt and technically knowledgeable at all times.


Our range of products span the gamut of Materials handling, from Forklift attachments to Pallet dispensers and Pallet Inverters. This allows us to offer clients a wider range of solutions.

We are the official Distributor for Premier Pallet Inverters in Australia and are able to offer their entire range of Pallet Inverters and Palletless loading products.


We also have a full range of forklift attachments from Durwen (Germany), as well as Danish pallet dispenser manufacturer Palomat and Premier, the leading manufacturer for automated warehouse solutions.


Job description

BBJ Materials handling™ is a growing company providing industrial warehouse machinery such as pallet Inverters, pallet stackers/dispensers, wrapping machines and forklift attachments.


Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are eagerly looking for a Fitter who can manufacture and assemble parts on warehouse equipment and forklifts Role requirements:

  • Ensuring work is undertaken to the highest standard to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with management, reviewing current and forward booked work, ensure necessary parts are identified, upgraded and fitted. source relevant information and prioritise jobs accordingly to maximise workshop and field efficiency.


To be considered for this role you should have:

  • 12 months minimum experience working on warehouse equipment
  • Be able to self fabricate, design and upgrades parts for machinery
  • Be able to fit and assemble the parts yourself
  • Relevant trade qualification or experience within the warehouse/forklift industry
  • Drivers Licence (Open) – Manual Vehicle
  • High Risk Licence – Forklift, Boom, Scissor (not essential but preferred)
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, (handy to understand German and Dutch because of the suppliers)
  • Safety Awareness
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment
  • Auto electrical /pneumatic/ hydraulic knowledge
