We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing new business through relationships with Developers and land agents, along with developing a successful high performance sales team.

You will be joining the core leadership group that is committed to growing an industry leading family business

Key responsibilities and outcomes will include:

  • Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals, developers and land estate agents to generate new business opportunities.
  • Expand the HWB Groups footprint and build positive top of mind awareness.
  • Forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Ensuring you and your team achieve sales targets and have a pipeline of work
  • Providing management, coaching and training for your team
  • Analysing sales processes and identify opportunities and weaknesses to drive improvements
  • Working with the leadership group to develop sales and marketing strategies
  • Preparing sales presentations
