The role 

We are looking for a Presales Solutions Consultant who can help us to grow our network by ensuring new resellers are onboarded successfully offering them the best solution to fit their needs. You will nurture existing relationships by supporting them through technical issues or knowledge gaps by providing exceptional service. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure we offer our customers good experiences. You will need to be able to understand or learn technical terms and concepts quickly and won’t be afraid to get hands-on with our products and portals to learn quickly.

What your day to day will look like 

  • Conversing with new and existing partners dispersed throughout the world and helping them to build and grow their business through the use of our platforms. 
  • Acting as the technical subject matter expert for customers, providing guidance on where our services can assist customers to achieve business outcomes. 
  • Create and deliver remote or onsite technical product presentations and/or training sessions to reseller partners and accelerate adoption by understanding partner business needs 
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 
  • Maintain the internal CRM platform with up-to-date information

Your experience 

  • Solid understanding of computer networking or voice technologies
  • Understanding of technical concepts including IT infrastructure, and business processes
  • Interest in working creatively with customers, understanding technical and business requirements, and implementing solutions
  • Public speaking or product demonstrations experience 
  • Telecommunication industry background is advantageous
  • Experience in a sales or customer success role is advantageous
  • Experience in large or complex technical product deployments is advantageous
  • Background working with large customers in a technical capacity is advantageous
