About the role:
The dynamic and friendly team at Wee Waa Community Hospital is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide compassionate person centred care within the facility. As a Registered Nurse you will ensure that safe care is delivered in collaboration with patients, families, carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes. There are various positions available across the hospital in general ward and emergency department!

You will be supported in this role by senior staff and development will be encouraged with education opportunities available for rural nursing!

About the facility:
Wee Waa Community Hospital is a 15 bed hospital with a 2 bed Emergency Department. Our facility provides a range of acute and community based services to the local and surrounding areas through regular outreach clinics.

About you:
You are a passionate Registered Nurse with excellent critical thinking skills and a commitment to advocating for and actively implementing individualised patient centred care. You have great communication skills, interacting with others in a personable and professional manner and working well both collaboratively in a team and autonomously.
