Working as part of the HR team your role is to provide a range of HR services and administrative support to the HR team and EML Business Unit

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner/HR Services Lead and working as part of a small team your role is to provide a range of HR services and administrative support to the HR team and EML Business Unit to enable the business to achieve its operational and strategic objectives.

  • Deliver the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding as it relates to HR Services activities, creating a seamless and simple employee experience for the allocated business unit portfolio
  • Provide advice and support to HRBPs, recruitment and business leaders on the suite of HR Services processes and activities
  • Process new starter, internal movements and departures and liaise with the payroll team to effect changes throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain data integrity activities to ensure accuracy, timing and security of people data
  • Participation and management of HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to spot opportunities to evolve HR Services
  • Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes
  • Experienced HR Coordinator with knowledge of Human Resources specialties including Payroll, Recruitment, Remuneration and Human Resources administration gained in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional professionalism and customer services orientation
  • Confidence to liaise with senior leaders and manage multiple key stakeholders incl HRBPs, Recruitment and Payroll
  • High levels of attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills to manage priorities and deliver to timelines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Experience interpreting Awards, Federal and State Legislation (desirable)
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Experience using Aurion & Page Up Systems (desirable)
  • Experience in Workers Compensation / Insurance / Financial services (desirable)
