    My Plan Manager (MPM) is Australia’s largest NDIS Plan Management organisation. With our Head Office located in Adelaide, we operate nationally. My Plan Manager plays a role not only as the Plan Management service of choice, but as advocates for ensuring Australians living with disability have a voice, particularly with regards to the NDIS, and its importance to Australian society.

    About the role

    We are looking for a proactive, creative, flexible, and highly organised Learning Associate to assist in the implementation of the Learning & Development (L&D) strategy including the development and execution of all L&D initiatives within My Plan Manager.

    Major responsibilities include:

    • Lead the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programs and events
    • Design and develop quality technical learning content, materials and resources including e-learning, instructor lead training guides and live webinars
    • Create a high-quality suite of e-learning materials to suit online and blended learning
    • Maintain and coordinate the corporate induction and onboarding programs
    • Maintain currency, relevance and accuracy of learning & development content and information on LMS, Intranet and Internet
    • Source external trainings programs and content evaluating their effectiveness.
    • Lead the administration, management, and maintenance of Learning management system

    About you

    This is a fast-paced hands on role. To be successful you will embrace the MPM values and possess a pragmatic, approachable and can-do attitude.

    Successful applications will demonstrate:

    • Relevant qualifications in workplace training and/or instructional design
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ability to develop learning content, undertake LMS Administration and maintenance
    • Understanding of (and/or experience with) NDIS and working with people with disability (desirable)
    • The ability to work confidently and competently with a wide range of learning technologies and deliver online learning/ blended learning projects
    • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated personal leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication ability

    Additional requirements

    Prior to commencing with MPM you will be required to hold a current NDIA National Working with Children's Check (WWCC) as well as your state’s required clearances.
