  • About My Plan Manager

    My Plan Manager (MPM) is Australia’s largest NDIS Plan Management organisation. With our Head Office located in Adelaide, we operate nationally. My Plan Manager plays a role not only as the Plan Management service of choice, but as advocates for ensuring Australians living with disability have a voice, particularly with regards to the NDIS, and its importance to Australian society.

    About the role

    As the Change Specialist you will play a key role in delivering change initiatives and communication to support successful acceptance of changes to strategy, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisational structures.

    Major Responsibilities include

    • Maintain change calendar to ensure a single view of change and pro-actively manage operating rhythm and deliverables of change within the timeframes
    • Develop change management plans for each change initiative to support the successful acceptance of change.
    • Develop communications to build an awareness of and a desire to change
    • Assist in assessing change readiness, stakeholder planning, risk mitigation and post-change evaluations.
    • Work collaboratively with Projects leads to integrate change management activities into project plans.
    • Support the design and delivery of employee education programs applicable to change management
    • Consult and coach project teams on change management initiatives required for successful project execution
    • Provide support to management to enable the culture change required

    About you

    This is a fast paced hands on role which calls for an adaptable and mature minded individual, capable of navigating multiple change initiatives within a growing organisation.

    • A high level of ownership/accountability with motivation to work autonomously and pro-actively in delivering change activities

    Additional requirements

    Prior to commencing with MPM you will be required to hold a current NDIA National Working with Children's Check (WWCC) as well as your state’s required clearances.
