Our Member Services Manager is key to the operational success of the member services team and delivering an exceptional customer experience to our membership base.

This newly created role will see you leading our member services team in an open and engaging style that supports and develops our people and delivers excellence to members. This role will also have a strong focus on ensuring that our regulatory obligations are met through quality interactions with our members.

The role will be responsible for:
  • Leading, supporting and motivating a high performing Member Services team, comprising of a Team Leader, Senior Member Service Specialists and Member Service Specialists (10-12 people);
  • Engaging the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience to our members through fast and accurate processing of contacts and transactions;
  • Ensuing customer service KPI's are met;
  • Define and develop best practice processes including assisting in implementing key strategic improvements for members;
  • Delivering superior, expert and personal customer service including handling escalations and complaints;
  • Mange the transaction processing including contact centre, membership processing and income collection.
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a customer focused, contact centre environment;
  • A leader who can engage and motivate a team to success and push the boundaries in service excellence;
  • Resourceful in the delivery of positive service outcomes;
  • Resilient with the ability to lead and effectively manage change; and
  • A creative and innovative approach to business process improvement.
