About the role

Leading a team of three, this role will build strong networks across National and State key customer contacts to ensure the TBP plan is aligned to customer strategies and future fit to leverage customer and shopper trends through a 3+ year lens

This role is vital to the inputting and influencing of our largest and most complex Independents customer. Paramount to the role is the ability influence brand, shopper and innovation plans to ensure excellent execution and resource/investment against our largest Independents customer for mutual TPB and customer value.

  • Ensure delivery of key “Performance driven” metrics within IBA
  • Key metrics - Net Sales Revenue, Gross Margin, % Trade Spend of Sales, TPB Market Share
  • Ensure full implementation of TBP ANZ sales strategy linked to customer strategy.
  • Delivery of JBP & JCP which brings together TBP core portfolio and innovation strategy and customer & category strategy
  • Ensure first class execution on all key Brand and Category led Shopper Tactics and Innovation
  • Manage trading terms to deliver against financial guidelines and policies
  • Key input into innovation and brand plans to ensure the customer voice is heard early in all planning and investment decisions
  • Help to develop and agree how our DNA define sales leadership and ways of working across the organisation
  • Build account management capability within IBA including trading terms investment and joint business plans
About you

with a degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing, you will have significant experance within strategic account management.
  • In depth experience in similar role managing a business strategy with a complex National customer
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing a team to achieve high performance
  • Skills in strategy development and execution.
  • Demonstration of a strong strategic business focus
  • Experience in dealing with demanding and diverse customer
  • Demonstrable experience in leading successful large scale negotiations
