Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an Integration and Reporting Manager with leadership skills and a passion for business improvement.

Working within the Technology and Transformation department, you will be responsible for the integration of our diverse range of applications, provide leadership in reporting and data analysis, and ultimately work with your team to deliver process improvements through the effective integration of business applications.

What can you expect to be doing?
  • Lead the organisation’s implementation of data analysis and artificial intelligence capability
  • Design interfaces between applications, databases and middleware systems
  • Liaise with software development teams (both in house and vendor teams) to design and implement systems
  • Ensure suitable reporting across a range of applications (including a data warehouse and Power BI)
  • Manage the data architecture for diverse business processes, projects and functions
What do you need to bring?
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successfully creating application and system architecture for complex business problems
  • Extensive background in software development, particularly in system integration and BI solution development
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound project management knowledge and skills, with the ability to deliver on improvement projects
