In this role you will build strong commercial relationships with key accounts to deliver growth for Retail Hair (Clairol) & our retail partners, as well as achieve profit targets by identifying opportunity for market share expansion, optimising portfolio mix, trade activity ROI & translating this into successful actionable customer strategies. This is dynamic positon with real responsibility given from day 1!


  • Develop the category vision & channel strategy to drive long term Retail Hair penetration & market share growth in omnichannel
  • Lead & prepare together with Key Account Managers and Marketing the category review process across key customers & JBPs
  • Develop planogram principles, manage & develop planograms to support sales in negotiation of shelf space expansion
  • Lead strategic revenue management process
  • Build 5P plan & provide expert recommendations across areas of promotion, distribution, pricing, product mix & profitability
  • Optimise portfolio mix based on the category drivers, demographics, gap analysis
  • ROI analysis of effective planograms & promotional plans
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in retail, Beauty & FMCG.
  • Minimum 2 years of category management experience with grocery
  • Strong financial acumen & data analysis skills, using Aztec, Nielsen or Quantium
  • Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing at degree level
  • Advanced Excel skills
