About the role

As a mail officer, you'll start either in the early mornings or evenings sorting small and large mail and parcels ready for delivery the next day.

To do that, you'll need:

To have excellent hand/eye co-ordination to sort the mail

To work and stand on your feet for long periods

To be fit enough to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly

To have worked in a fast-paced dynamic environment

To be flexible and work additional hours when required

What we are looking for?

A friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who enjoys interacting with others

Someone is willing to work early morning or evening shifts

A Team player * A current forklift licence is preferred, but not essential

A commitment to Australia Post's Occupational Health and Safety standards
