Purpose of the role

As Change Manager for AMPC Real Estate, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, development, and implementation of the change management program to initially support the platform technology transformation initiatives with further support to the customer technology program. The Change Manager will guide the business teams and respective customers through the changes to enable business adoption and realise the intended benefits.

Main focus areas

  • Standard change management and delivery tasks including:
creating, owning and delivering on the change plan, understanding stakeholder requirements including plan for team members that are resistant to change * Impact analysis of any changes to systems and processes to ensure business continuity and suitability for users
  • Communication plan worked on in conjunction with internal communications team
  • Training plan that provides appropriate support for those business team members that are not engaged or struggle with technology options. This will include appropriate training material.
  • Key member of projects by building strong relationships with project teams and business stakeholders.
  • Regular change management reporting
  • Post go-live support plan and reporting
  • Work with project team to ensure effective handover to teams that will maintain solution going forward
  • Key participant in key milestone and end of project retrospectives
Knowledge and experience
  • You will be highly collaborative with previous experience as a Change Manager at management level.
  • Extensive experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change.
  • Experience in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive, often ambiguous agile environment. An understanding of Real Estate including: management and financial accounting; budgeting, forecasting and analytics; property, investment and funds management and key functions within these teams (such as leasing, customer experience and marketing). This would include an understanding of the appropriate systems that support this.
  • The ability to decipher technical language, terms and processes and effectively communicate these in simple terms to business team members.
  • Experience in working with key stakeholders that are resistant to change.
