About the Role

As a Lifeguard you will be responsible for supervising clients in and around the aquatic area, educating customers about water safety and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all pool users. You will also be required to respond to emergencies by implementing emergency procedures and providing first-aid and emergency care.


  • Supervise patrons in and around the aquatic area
  • Hazard prevention and identification and reduction of risks
  • Interacting with a range of patrons and deliver quality customer service
  • Provide first aid and emergency care
  • Ensure all incidents, accidents or any other reports are properly dealt with
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in aquatic facilities or a similar team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
  • Sound knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days a week
  • Public transport nearby
  • Gym/Swim membership included
  • Flexible working arrangements
Essential Requirements
  • National Police / Criminal History Check
  • Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
